Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

A return shipping fee of SAR 22 applies to all return requests and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To ensure your request is processed quickly:

• Send a clear photo of the product.
• The product tags and barcode must be clearly visible.
• Email the photo to: support@bagybagy.com

Product Collection & Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• A courier pickup will be arranged.
• After the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition, the return will be approved.
• The refund amount will be issued for the returned products after deducting the return shipping fee (SAR 22). Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please Note

Some banks and payment providers may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
