✅ Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
A return fee of 30 SAR applies only when the order included free delivery or was placed during discount/promotional periods.

📸 How to Request a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please:

Send a clear photo of the product you wish to return.
The photo must clearly show the label with the barcode attached to the product.
Send the photo to our support email: support@bagybagy.com

🚚 Pickup & Refund Process

Once we receive and approve your return request, we will arrange pickup with our shipping partner.
After we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days.

We highly recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page to choose the right fit and avoid the need for a return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
