Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

A 30 SAR return fee applies only to orders purchased during discount or promotional periods.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Take a clear photo of the item
Ensure the label and barcode are clearly visible
Send the photo to: support@bagybagy.com

Pickup & Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

We will arrange pickup through our shipping partner
After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend:

Returning the item
Placing a new order for the replacement

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
